I bought a new iPhone and. Major, problem?

The voice while IIm talking to some one is AWFULY low, my volume is all the way up even in setting and I don't want to restart my phone.andy help please

Go to settings - general - siri - and change the voice to whatever you want

You don't need to reset the phone, just turn off the phone and then turn it on after few minutes. This might solve the problem. If the problem persists, connect the phone to iTunes and Backup. Then factory reset the phone and then Restore from iTunes. If you still have the problem, it's totally hardware and you need to change the MIC.

Also check if the speaker grills are free of any dust and lint coz that might also cause the problem.
