I bought a second hand iphone?

I BOUGHT IPHONE 4 SECIND HAND. All OF THE CONTACTS AND OTHER DETAILS of the previous owner WERE ALREADY PRESENT ON MY PHONE. BUT I MANAGED TO DELETE All OF THEM/
i want to know that when i synchronize my iphone on itunes is there any way that the previous owner of iphone can get access to them.
i have made my own apple account already but when i was download apps then a message appeared regarding previous owner email apple account.
i did not understand it fully and accidentally closed it. I have been trying to reopen that message but it is not opening.
just tell me this that whether the previous owner of the iphone will have access to my pictures and contacts.since he must have synchronized his phone with his laptop or computer…

You can never set it up as your own until its wiped by the previous owner, as thats a security feature. If its a stolen phone then anytime you turn it on it will notify the owner where exactly the phone is located because you can't turn off find my iphone either unless they wipe it.
