I bought an icloud locked iphone 5s?

Bought it off my friend who didn't want to deal with a locked iPhone (she bought it not stole it) I mean come on now 70$ for an iPhone 5s, its icloud locked and was wondering if its actually icloud unlockable and where I could get it done as I heard apple would confiscate it if I even tried to go to them. Apple isn't going to confiscate your property. Here's how to fix it. Take your iphone and then throw it away and buy a non-apple phone. Problem fixed.

No there's no way to unlock that iCloud lock.

If it's iCloud locked it means the phone was lost or stolen. There's no way to unlock it.

  • I bought a iPhone that is iCloud locked but imei seems to be good? I bought an iPhone and they said it wasn't iCloud locked. I checked the IMEI and it said it was activation ready and what not but after I got home and started setting it up, it turned out to be locked. I have no problem with returning it as long as I get my money back but the guy says he's not coming back until Tuesday and frankly I don't believe him. What do I do?
