I bought the iPhone 5 full price. How do I get a Verizon nano sim card?

Since I wasn't up for an upgrade yet, I decided to pay full price for the iPhone 5 then sell my previous iPhone 4S to even out the cost. Going this route also lets me keep my grandfathered unlimited data, so that's another plus.

The problem I have is with the sim card. Because I paid full price for the iPhone off Apple's website, the sim card does not come pre-installed. Also, the iPhone 5 switched to a nano sim card which is too small for my 4S's micro sim card, so I can't just switch them out. I'm aware that you can cut the card down to the correct size, but seeing as I want 4G LTE, I'm pretty sure I'll need an upgraded card anyway.

So what do I do to get an upgraded sim card compatible with my new iPhone 5? Do I just take it to my local Verizon store?

You should of looked it up before you bought the phone

Yes, call verizon or take it to their store.

You are going to discover that Verizon won't let you keep that unlimited data package. If you want LTE they will say you need a new plan. So you paid full price for little reason. You might as well as waiting until your contract was up and got the iPhoney 6.

Verizon doesn't use sim cards.
