I broke my iPhone 4, what should I do?
I can't turn on my iPhone unless I charge it, and the screen is cracked as well. I'm unable to get it fixed at Verizon because of warranty reasons or something like that… Would I be able to take it to Apple and get it fixed there? Even though I bought this off Ebay and have no warranty under it?

You mofo idiot you can't brake an iphone! If you really did then like i said you're A MOFO IDIOT! All you have to do to repair it is: slam it with the guitar feed it to the dog and when it comes out… BAM… Lookin brand new again!
Apple will repair it, but since you have no warranty they'll charge you a lot of money to do it. I'd recommend just upgrading to the iPhone 4S or the iPhone 5.
Apple usually has a "one time fix". This means that you can take your iPhone, iPad etc. In and they will fix it for you one time free of charge, even if it is not under warranty.
If for some reason they will not do it for you, bring it to a small cell phone shop. They do hundreds of repairs (make sure you go to a well known one) and they can replace your screen. As for charging it, not sure what they can do for you.
