I broke my iphone and need to retrieve my contacts?

I dropped my iphone in the toilet and got a new phone (not an iphone) but i really need my contacts from my latest itunes backup somebody please help

Ask your carrier store. Like if you have AT&T ask them if they could retrieve the data out of your old sim card and get your contacts from it

You can't retrieve individual pieces of information from inside your back up without restoring the device from the back up… Well thats not true, you can get some things like photos and videos, but your contacts are all stored in a data file. That is what iCloud is for, if you had it turned on when you dropped the phone in the water all you need to do is log back into icloud on the new phone and it will push them to the device.

You can't restore an iTunes backup to a non-Apple device. Only real way to do so is see if the SIM card is still good and they can be taken off from there.

  • I need to retrieve pictures from an ios app thats no longer available in appstore? I'm using an iphone. I had some valuable pictures in an application called my photo pro. It was password protected Its no longer available in appstore. After ios upgrade i can't access it. I have the backup file in pc. Is there anyway i could retrieve my pictures?
