I can't accept apple terms and conditions?

When I try and buy an app it says I need to accept new terms and conditions but when I click accept it just tells me I need to do it again. Also I'm on the iPhone 4S

I literally just ran into this issue after I updated just now on my iPhone 4

I'm having the exact same problem. But the weird thing is it's happening on my iPhone, my iPod touch and on my computer. I'm guessing it's just a bug that happened when they sent it out. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.

It is happening on iTunes and the App Store too…

I'm also running into this problem on the Iphone 5, maybe its system wide? Cause I also can't accept them on my computer either.

Users are reporting that a widespread issue with Apple's App Store is preventing new purchases from being made. When users attempt to make a purchase or redownload a previous purchase, they are asked to agree to updated Terms & Conditions.

When they accept, they are then asked to agree to them again and again. As a result, new purchases and downloads from iTunes in the Cloud can't be made. The issue appears to be affecting all purchases from the App Store and iTunes store on both iOS and the Mac, as well as the Mac App Store and iTunes Match.

We've reached out to Apple for comment, but until the issue is resolved many iOS users will be unable to purchase apps or media content.

Update: Commenters are reporting that the issue is not affecting international accounts. Users have successfully downloaded apps with Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand-based accounts.

When I try to accept I go through all 54! Pages and not anywhere does it say accept… So

I'm on a Mac and once I accept it doesn't do anything.

Ahh, not fixed. Soft reboot, hard reset, still nothing. So annoying. Using iPod 5th. Any other ideas?

  • Would this be against Instagram terms and conditions? I have OCD and created multiple accounts on Instagram with multiple disposable email addresses, not knowing that there's a limit in how many Instagram accounts you can create per IP address. I only have one iPhone. Would it be against Instagram terms and conditions to have Apple give me a new IP address on my iPhone so I can create one more Instagram account that I can use permanently?
  • Why does only my works Wi-Fi keep kicking me off and making me log in and accept terms? I just got a new iPhone and I'm always connected to my home Wi-Fi and any other Wi-Fi is fine. I used to have an android and when I logged in and accepted terms I would be logged in all day. But with this iPhone it kicks me off and brings up the log in screen every time I use my phone! Help! And btw my works Wi-Fi is good I work at a well known hospital in San Diego.

  • ITunes annoying 58 page terms and conditions? I can't download free apps or buy new lives on candy crush on my iphone because when I try it comes up saying the iTunes terms and conditions have changed and I have to accept them or something. There's a link saying 'send to my email' which doesn't work, and when I manually click through All 58 PAGES and get to the end there's NOWHERE to accept ANYTHING.
