I can't access my capital one account?
I recently attained a capital one credit card and set up my account online and for online billing. However, when I log in it says there was a problem displaying my account. I tried on my iphone and on my computer. I finally called technical support and all they told me was that it was something with my computer and iphone and I should clear cookies and restart it. Needless to say it didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions that don't include calling them again? They're useless.
I would either wait to see if it is a website bug or just call them again. Common sense stuff.
- Lost password to Hotmail account, though I can access it from my iPhone? Basically I have lost my password. I also have no idea what the answer to the secret question is, or any of the other questions, so I can't reset the password. I can however access the account from my iPhone, but I would like to know what my password is. Is it possible to retrieve the password from my phone? Or perhaps some other way?
- Is there any way I can transfer stuff I purchased from iTunes on one account, to a new/other account? Let's say I purchased 30 songs & 3 movies on an account with iTunes (let's call that account, account A) & now, 2 years later, I create a new account (account B) & now I want to keep my old stuff, the 30 songs & 3 movies, is there any possible way I can transfer my purchased items from account A to account B?
- If I disconnect a MetroPCS account and reopen one will I be eligible for new account offers? Okay, so look. I really want the iPhone XR. And MetroPCS has a deal that if you switch from another phone service to them you'll be eligible for a $599 iPhone XR. If i were to suspend my current account and open a new account with Metro, will I be eligible for that offer?
- I can't access my email account from IPhone, IPAD and get error message? It won't let me sign in and get an error message. Tried to change password with no luck. Then I tried signing in via Explorer and get a message that you are conducting maintenance. I have been unable to get my mail since Monday evening. On my iphone and ipad I get an apple error message that says my passwords are incorrect. My husbands accounts (2) both work. What the heck is happening?
