I can't back up my iPhone simply becase there's no such option?

i go to: settings, apple ID, iCloud, manage storage, backups, my iPhone and then it says next back up: size 8.44 bak up size is 9.01gb and that it was never backed up. No other otions at all! I can't screenshot cause my button is smashed please help

I wanted to buy an Iphone 5 in Singapore, but was told that there are fake Iphone 5 manufactures and was unsure and worried whether they are selling those cheaper option smartphones in Singapore that shares the same logo, trademark design as Apple, which I hope not.
