I can't delete songs from my iPhone?
<iPhone 4S iOS6)
I tried to download a music album and some of the songs from it happened to be faulty (they wouldn't play but just skip to the next song instead). I then tried to delete them by swiping on them (in hope that the delete button would appear) but no delete button appeared. So I then tried syncing my iPhone to my MacBook (hoping that the songs from the phone would be erased since the faulty songs are not in my library). Still no success.
Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve me restoring the phone the factory settings?
Hmm, the delete button should've come up. You might want to search this on Google, someone might have experienced a similar problem.
That's odd, because the swipe and delete should always work. Maybe go into the album and try swiping and deleting individually? Or maybe you are not swiping it correctly? My husband complained of the same thing happening, and not being able to delete some music, but he wasn't swiping it right.

- Why can't I delete songs on my iPhone 4S? So on my music in my phone like almost all of my songs are no highlighted. So I can't click on them to play it or I can't do the swipe thing to delete them. I'm really confused. What do I do?
- Why can't I delete or add songs onto my iPhone through iTunes 11.0.4? I can delete songs directly off of my iPhone but even if they're deleted, iTunes still says they're on my iPhone. I also can't delete any songs off of OR add any songs onto my iPhone through iTunes. What is happening. I have fully updated both my iPhone and iTunes.
- If I delete songs off of my iPhone, will it delete them off of my iPod, too? My iPod and iPhone is connected to the same account. However I want my songs on my iPod but not on my iPhone. If I delete it off my iPhone will it take it off my iPod too?
- If I delete songs off iTunes on my PC, will it delete them off my iPhone? IIm trying to make disk space room on my laptop, and iTunes takes up alot of it. I just want to clear out my iTunes on my PC to make room, and then continue downloading music in the future. I just want to know if it will delete the music on my iPhone (i don't want to delete it off my phone)
