I can't download apps on my iPhone 4?
Around October my phone stopped downloading apps. I think it's a virus, but I don't know what for. It won't let me take pictures or download music, movies, or apps. When I try to do any of those things it says there's not enough space, but I can take screenshots. So i don't know please help if you can.

So i tried, and apparently i can't? WTF IS GOING ON? AND WHY IS APPLE ***. If i have to upgrade to an iphone 4, i'm going to cut sick.(i'm poor) please help me.
