I can't get free apps on iPhone?
I have 81 cents in my bank account lol, but on App Store it won't let me install any free apps, but if I have 20 dollars it will let me?
Yes it would work. I had a similar issue where my bank account required it to have $7.64 in it but I only had about $6 in it. As soon as I added the proficient amount it let me download things again.
This doesn't make any sense at all.
