Not receiving mail on a mobile device

Will iPhone 6s come early in the mail? I'm anticipating my arrival of my much-needed iPhone 6s+ in rose gold. However, it says it won't be here until November 6th. I'm just wondering what the chance is that it will come earlier than that, even if it's just a day early. Tell me your opinion below.
Why does my e-mail come up on messages that people receive from my iPhone? My friend told me on iMessage that it comes up with my e-mail, when i go to my settings > messages > send & receive to look, I try to choose my mobile number but it seems to be blocked. Please can someone help?

On my iPhone, can't get mail. States connection to server failed? I have changed the password two times in the past three days due to a notice on my cell phone stating my account may have been compromised. This evening three emails came through from Apple on my mobile device, but the notice pops up stating the connection to the server failed on top of the emails. How can this be fixed?
