I can't open a video on Snapchat?
No matter who or how many times I touch on the video, it won't open. I have an iPhone 5s and I've already tried deleting the app and re-downloading and shutting the phone off and back on. It still won't open and the little number 1 next to the app is really pissing me off. What can I do?

Whenever you see "little numbers" on an App Icon, it usually means that the App needs to be updated. So, update it.
Then, if the problem persists, re-post your question.
TIP: Did it ever cross your mind that the Video File you downloaded may be the REAL problem, it may be corrupted? Try a different video file, preferably one that you know was NOT Pirated, first.

I'm having the same problem, it's frustrating me, because every time I go on snapchat, it's still alerting me of that one video I can't open!

- Snapchat Video Help. It won't play? I have a LG-MS695 Android, when I use Snapchat, i can send and receive photos with iphone users fine. However when it comes to sending and viewing videos, i can't do it. I can't see the videos that people send me from their iphone, and they can't see mine. Is it just because i have an android and they have an iphone? Or is there a way to fix it, please tell me. -Thanks
