I can't put gifs on my iphone?
I made a gif on my pc and made a folder for the pictures I want synced to my iphone, connected it to iTunes, and put the gif in my phone's photos. But when I go to my photos on my iphone The gif isn't animated. It's like the gif got converted to a jpeg or something when the phone was syncing. Anybody know how to upload a gif photo to an iphone?
Added (1). And check that out I solved my own problem. For anybody else who searches this: email the gif to yourself then save the image from there.
You need to be jailbroke and install giffy from cydia for gifs to work on a iphone
It is impossible on iOS to have gifs in your photo album unless you have a jailbroken phone with the Giffy tweak. With the Giffy tweak sadly you can't upload or send gifs to websites or to other people.
