I can't send picture messages from my jailbroken iPhone 4?

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4, running on a Simple Mobile SIM card. My cellular data is on and I'm running 3G, and my software is udpated to iOS 6.0.1. I can access 3G internet when I'm not connected to Wi-Fi, but I can't seem to send picture messages at any time. Please help! Simple Mobile has told me to go to Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data Network>APN: simple, but I don't have a Network option under General. All I know is that my Cellular Data it turned on. Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

Ios 6 got rid of the apn setting. Your outta luck

Did Simple mobile updated their frequency band? IPhones frequency for data is 1900mhz. Simple Mobile use 1700mhz. The only way is that Simple upgraded their frequency to 1900mhz. I know T-Mobile just upgraded theirs, and Simple Mobile uses T-Mobile's services.
Now, you have to input the data information in order to use the internet with Simple; 1 for data, one for mms. You can find the information in the T-Mobile web site.

I have data on, 3G on SMS on and MMS messaging on and they still don't send. The pictures are also not in HDR when I take them. Is it because some people who I'm sending them to don't have smartphones? I have everything on that's supposed to be on so I don't understand why they won't send.
