I can't share internet from my iPhone 4 to my Windows laptop?

I started a hotspot using my iphone 4 and was able to connect my laptop to the phone's network. The connection is successful but there's not internet.

What do I need to do? I was able to connect previously with no problems at all.

If your laptop is getting connected with your Iphone hotspot then there must be a problem with your cellular service provider internet services that can be either expired or blocked due to non payment. Check if you can browse internet on your Iphone if you can an browse in phone and can't in laptop then try enabling and disabling the Wlan card of laptop and reconnect.
