I can't sign out of the app store?

I recently bought a refurbished iPhone 4s (with ios7) on amazon, but now I have it, the previous owners email address is still on the app store, and I can work out how to change it. Please could you help me work out how to log out from my phone? (Also, when I go onto the app store, the bit at the bottom saying "log out" isn't there. It's just the "wish list" and "sign in", and when I try to sign it, it's the previous owners apple ID)

Have you tried going to reset under the general settings and erase all content and settings?

Have you tried a hard reset of the iPhone-- holding down the top button and the home button until the power off slide comes on, then power off and restart.

  • Why is it taking forever to sign into iTunes and App Store? My dad just bought an iPhone XR and is setting it up. He tried to add his apple id in settings, but it's not working. He entered his email and password but it just says "signing into itunes and app store" while loading. It's been loading for about ten minutes now, nothing is happening except for the little circle loading thing.
  • Why can you not sign out of your account on the Sky Go for IOS app? I use an iPhone 3GS, and on the Sky Go iPhone app, there's no way of signing out of your account, no button, no link - nothing. How the hell do you sign out of your account in the app?
  • When you change your twitter name does it sign you out from the iPhone app? My mom took away my ipod and computer and I changed my twitter name during so she doesn't read every one of my tweets (she probably saw a lot of them already). I know that when you change your username if signs you out of the computer, but does it sign you out of the iPhone/iPod app too? (I can't even delete the twitter app or sign out on my ipod because I don't know where she put it)
  • Skype sign in via facebook clashes with iphone app sign in? I have signed into a skype account via my facebook login details (on a PC). I now have downloaded the app on my iPhone, but can't sign into the app with this facebook details like i do on the PC Any help, since i have added contacts to this (fb) skype and would like to use this on my mobile device also
