I can't access voicemails on my Bell Mobility Iphone?

I tried to access my voicemail a couple of minutes ago and when I call it, a french message comes on and then the call disconnects and I can't access my voicemails. I tried calling from my fiances phone to my phone and when it gets to the answering machine THE SAME MESSAGE IN FRENCH comes on and then disconnects. I know my voicemail is set up. Can anyone help me?

Take it into an Apple Store & tell then what's going on they can fix it or find someone who speaks French & ask them what is being said

  • Will my voicemails be backed up on to my new iPhone 5 from my old iPhone? I had a problem with my old iPhone 5 after having it for 4 months. I took it to apple to get it fixed or "replaced" and they did give me a new one. Anyway, they told me that the battery life and freezing problem that i was having with the phone could be because of my software and they told me not to back it up. The problem is that I had old voicemails on that phone and I don't have the old one anymore. Is there anyway that I could get those voicemails back or even just one.
  • Is there a way that I can read my texts and listen to my voicemails from Sprint online? My iPhone is broken and won't turn on. However, I need to read some texts and listen to my voicemails to answer to something quickly. I won't be getting a new phone until next week and this is urgent.

Can someone When someone calls me on my iPhone 7, it rings like it should, but if they leave a voicemail, I don't get the voicemail until hours or days later. I have T-Mobile. Is this a device issue or a carrier issue? And how can I fix it?
  • I Just Signed A New Contract With Bell Mobility And Am Getting Charged? Yesterday I bought an iphone 5s with a plan with Bell. I realized yesterday that the contract said that I'm gonna get my bill on Oct 19th. I also noticed that it said that I started my contract on September 19th, but I only got the phone yesterday with the contract. Should I call and tell Bell about this? I don't want to pay for a month I never used.
