I can't hear people on a call?
So i just got my new iphone for christmas and already have problems. I got the iphone 5, i can't hear the other person on the call on speaker, earpiece, or headphones and when i can hear them my phone loses connection out of no where i hear a buzz sound then it hangs up says "searching" then "no service" then i have 4 bars. And it does it all the time. Its annoying. I don't know what to do.
Talk to your cell phone provider. My mom had the same problem when she got the Rhyme and when she took it in, there was some kind of setting that they had to fix/change.
- Why can't I hear people when i call them on my iphone 5s? The receiver audio is not blocked and it does work when you use a free phone calling app. I just got a new SIM about an hour ago. And it's a Ultra.me sim. I can't hear them and they can't hear me. What should do?
