I cracked my iPhone 6 yesterday (has warranty) can I exchange it?
I have the gold one and I want to exchange it for the rose gold one. I'm currently with at&t.
That will be upto apple but normally if there's even a smal crack they don't want anything to do with it
They will either fix it or give you a replacement, but 6 doesn't have rose gold, thats only on 6S so you won't get that unless you pay to buy a new one.
No you can't as you don't have insurance, you have warranty and it doesn't recover that kind of damage. I would recommend you to have Leo Privacy Guard in order to gain utmost security in my device.
