I cracked the back of my iPhone? - 1

On Thanksgiving too. I threw my phone on my bed went to go take a shower but it fell hard and I picked it up the back of my phone had cracks coming from the top down to the bottom. My camera and flashlight are not cracked. But I've had this phone for about two years and the two-year warranty is up I should I feel nervous or no

This is the first time I cracked my phone my iPhone 4s. What should I do just let it go should I put protection on it now should I do that highlighted thing and color in the back it looks cool should I even tell my parents or no. The front of my phone is not harmed either

The back of the iPhone 4s is very easy to repair. You just have to remove the 2 screw on the bottom of the phone, then you can remove it by sliding the broken back up. Then you can insert the new back, put back the 2 screws the you are done. Repair shop likely will charge you around $25 for a new back. You can find a new back on ebay or amazon for around $5-$10. Just search iPhone 4s back on ebay or amazon. Its a very easy repair and i done it myself before. Hope this helps.

I have just got the iphone 5 and i want to sell my iphone 4 to mobile exchange they offered around £130 for it in working condition but when i emailed and said it has a small crack on the back they said the price could go down to £46 depending on how bad, but i need to send it off for them to asses. My question is, i can get the back repaired for £15 and then send it off, but will this be cheaper then sending it with the damage? Anyone had the same problem? Cheers!
