I deleted my iTunes library
Okay so i currently own an iphone 5 (if thats relevant).
I had a library full of music, about 912 songs. I synced all of them onto my phone, and it remains in my phone as we speak. However, for my cousin's birthday, i got her an ipad mini. She tried to set it up on her computer, but couldn't, so she brought it over to my house so i could help her with it. I plugged her ipad into my computer, and an option came up, saying something about how the iPad is currently synced with another library. It gave me an option to 'erase and sync.' Silly me, i thought they were going to erase everything on the ipad! So i chose to erase and sync. Before i knew it, my entire library was gone. All that was left were 90 songs on iCloud, and those were the songs i actually bought with iTunes cards. The other 820 songs went missing. I still have the music files. However, i tried to double click some songs so they appear back in the library, but i realized:
1. There's no information or artwork, just a title. And
2.it's a pain in the neck to have to do that do 900+ songs.
Is there any way for me to transfer songs from my phone to the computer?
Your iTunes library is synced with her device. Have you tried syncing it back to your iPhone? Plug it in and hopefully it will offer you the same options as before
Actually going from phone to computer is much trickier than you would think. There are a few programs out there that let you do it but you have to pay for them or they only let you do 50 or so at a time.

- Will downloading a new iTunes ruin my old iTunes library? I tried connecting my new iPhone 5 to my iTunes but it said that it wouldn't connect because my version of iTunes was really old (from 2010) and I never updated. It said I need to download a new version of iTunes (10.7 onwards) for it to be compatible with my iPhone. But my question is, IF I download a new version of iTunes, will all my old songs on my old iTunes disappear? Because if I had to re-download my whole library, I would seriously cry. That would take the rest of my life.
- Why do songs get deleted from my iphone when i sync it to my itunes library? Everytime i sync my iphone (5) to my itunes library, all the songs i had just recently bought on my iphone get deleted and if i try to re-purchase it on itunes it just says "purchased." Somtimes i will even try to re-purchase it from my laptop and even though the purchased song it in my library, it doesn't transfer to my iphone.
- Songs i did'nt purchase are getting deleted from my itunes library I have an Iphone and any song i downloaded from a CD either doesn't show upin my itunes library on my phone or it shows up but it automatically skips over it.
- In itunes is there any way to select multiple songs to send to itunes library? I just mixtapes from datpiff and the only way i could put it in my library was to select manage songs manually under my devices. I didn't know that it would delete my songs from my iphone to put that on but it did. I only have songs from itunes, not beemp3 or datpiff.luckily all my songs are saved under the music file and its 319 songs. Is there any way i can select all them to put in my library? I know about the hold shift trick but its not working.
