I don't want to live with my mom?

She always yells at me and she's saying she's to poor to even afford the house so she's selling it and she's telling me she's going to move into a one bedroom apartment and live with a roommate with me. Isn't that such a bad influence plus my dad is really rich and he lives in florida and it would be a better influence to live with him but I can't unless my mom signs the papers but she won't, and it's literally so depressing living with her she can't afford me anything I visit my dad like once a month and buys me food clothes and my new iPhone she can't even buy clothes for me. I bet she can't even afford Christmas presents for me. So my question is is there any possible way that I can move in with my dad? Do I need her signature or what. And btw my dad wants me to live with him also but she won't sign me over.

How old are you? If you're over 14, the court will listen to who you want to live with. Your dad could petition the court to gain custody. I doubt they would look favorably on your mother's plan for all of you to move into a 1 bedroom apt. Isn't your dad paying child support?

Have your dad get an attorney and fight for you. He can do that. Otherwise he's just blabbing at the mouth. If your mom is doing the best she can? HOw can you criticize it? Your father should be paying enough child support for you all to be living in a home…

If she's always yelling at you thats verbal abuse, just tell cps about it and they might send you to your dads
