I downloaded iOS 7, but it won't install?
I have an iPhone 5 and I downloaded iOS 7, but it said it could not be installed at this time. I shut off my phone, turned it back on and tried again, but it still said the same thing.Am I doing something wrong?
Don't update to IOS 7 Its really… Buggy right now you might screw your phone up big time

Give it some time. I tried about 5 times. Switched between using 4G/LTE and Wi-Fi, after awhile it finally worked.
Don't worry, millions of us are all having the same problem. I keep getting an error message too "software update unavailable". You just have to keep retrying. It took a friend 20 times and it finally worked. The servers are blowing up with everyone wanting to download the new operating system. If the "verifying update" screen stays on your phone for longer than 10 seconds, it won't work and you'll have to retry again. Don't worry, as you won't have to download again. Just be patient and keep trying, it will work.

Turn your Wi-Fi off and then back on. It worked immediately after.
Same thing worked for me. Turn Wi-Fi off, then back on. Then try to install.
Mine installed, but now it's stuck with the itunes logo on my screen with a picture of a charger and an arrow. My phone won't turn on. Anyone else have that problem?
I'm having the same issue. Just don't worry and be patient. Like others are saying- there are millions upon millions of people trying to download this right now and Apple's servers are struggling to keep up. Just keep trying and you'll get through eventually! Best of luck to you and everyone else!
And for the person stuck at the iTunes screen; put your phone in DFU mode while plugged into your computer and iTunes will detect an iPhone in recovery mode. Then you just have to restore to a backup and you'll be good to go!

I regret doing so and would like to remove it, but iTunes will not let me connect my iPhone without a developer account. Is there a way I can get around this?
