I Drop My IPhone 4s IN TOLIET

Ok. So on Wednesday i drop my iphone in the toilet at school. I took it out and removed the case and dried it with some paper tiles. It turned off by itself, and it wouldn't turn back on, as soon as i got home i put it in a bag of rice. I left it in the rice for 3 days took it out put it on the charger and it turned on. BUT it only stays on when on the charger, btw my phone says 100%.It also would freeze and then turn off. And it says searching, which this doesn't allow me to call, text, get on twitter etc because I have no type of connection. Everything else seem to work fine like the camera etc. But i really wanna know what should i do now, should i put the phone back in the rice or what?

DO NOT TURN IT ON PUT IT IN RICE

This wouldn't have happened with a Sony Xperia Z.
OT: There's probably no way to fix this, but you can try putting it back in the rice to see if it does anything.

What is a "TOLIET "? What are "paper tiles"? Be more careful with the replacement.

Go get a new phone… Sorry!

What I did one time was, i open it and took the battery out and
blow it with a blow hair dryer
so it can dry everything inside the mother board

Bring it to the manufacturer if your warranty is still active.
