I dropped my iPhone 4 now speakers are fuzzy
I accidentally dropped it in gravey while I was cooking but I took it out as soon as it fell in. It was super hot and I quickly wiped it off with napkins I had a crappy flimsy case of it that's the only protection I have at the moment but now when I turn my speakers all the way up they sound all fuzzy. I go to sleep with music on but not loud at all. I don't know if that could be a problem but what can I do? I don't have insurance
This happened to my friend, she dropped her phone in her toilet, first, turn it off immediately, then stick your phone in a back of rice, the rice will suck up the gravy hopefully
Try a wet/dry vacuum cleaner to suck out what's left of the gravy.
Wait until the gravy has dried completely, then it will have solidified and easier to move.
It's making a noise because the acoustic properties of the speakers have been altered, this vibration may dislodge the solidified gravy, so the problem may resolve itself.
If it's still like this after a couple of weeks and you've tried the vacuum cleaner trick, then take into a 'phone shop and ask if they could clean it for you. Unlikely if you had insurance, it would be covered, as accidental damage.
