I dropped my iPhone 5 in the bath?
So about ten to fifteen mins ago I dropped my iPhone in the bath, it was completely submerged for about two seconds- if that. I took It out and took the case off super fast and then dried it with a towel and hairdryed the plug bits really lightly. It still charges, speakers still work and I can use it. I'm so worried that something has actually gone wrong. I've turned it on and off again and it still works, what shall I do to ensure it stays working?
Cover it in rice overnight to draw out an liquid that could still be in there.
Do NOT turn it on! Stop using it and submerge it in a bowl of rice for 12 hours
Submerge it in rice for a few hours.
Omg i did this with my 4s, and i panicked so much, haha!
What i did was took the back off, wrapped it in a towel and left it for half an hour, this was last week and my phone seems perfectly fine
Put it in a jar of raw rice for a day. It is likely that water has got into the component that you can't see, the rice will absorb it out. Do this as soon as you possibly can and you might still be able to save your phone.
Just left my phone out it the rain for 5 days and the colour went all funny submerged in rice overnight and the blur has gone away slightly!

- IPhone dropped in bath! Camera problems? Last night I dropped my iphone 4 in the bath, everything works fine except from the front and back camera and the speakers. You can listen to music with headphones and when it's on a dock but not when it's off, anyone got any fixes? Especially for the camera?
