I dropped my iphone 5c in the toilet and i don't know what to do?

I dropped my iphone 5c in the toilet and i took it out as fast as i could. However, the phone was unresponsive to the on/off button and the screen was frozen on the lock screen. I did put it in a tupperware container full of dried rice. Is there anything else i can do to make it work again?

Added (1). And i only had it for a month-i got it for christmas matter of fact. If i bring it back to get a new one, how much would it cost?

If you bought it less than a year, you could get a new phone from the iphone store. That's what happened to my coworker.
