I dropped my iphone 5s, and now i have weird lines on it?

I dropped my iphone 5s on its back, and now there are vertical and horizontal lines. When i first turn it on the lines are white and black, but when the phone loads up lines change into a mixture of green, blue, and purple, and red. The back ground either changes to black or grey. I can't get a new phone, and i really don't want it to get wiped out. It isn't cracked either. I can hear my notifications, it vibrates, etc. It fades in and out like
What's wrong with my phone?

Added (1). I tried to transfer my pictures (just in case my phone gets wiped out) and my *computer* doesn't pick up the iphone, but itunes does.

Added (2). My computer does pick it up, but it isn't completely reading it to the point I can open the picture files

Yeah get the screen fixed

I think its related to dropping it. Take it to an apple store to see what damage yo udid.

You've just damaged the pixels on the screen I believe, I don't know if it is fixable though.

But I was on facetime and nothing was weird then I turned down the brightness on my laptop and there was lines on my face? So I went to the camera app and they were still there. They're thin and black down and vertical. So basically, why are there lines on my camera when its darker?

Right now it functions perfectly, but it's just that the screen shows different coloured lines which are horizontal. If i leave it on a table for a while, I'm able to see the screen, but 3 seconds later the coloured lines come back. Someone please help.
