I dropped my iphone 5s in the toilet? - 1
I dropped my iphone 5s in the toilet while i was at my aunties house and i grabbed it as soon as it fell in, i tried to switch it on and it did but there was a blue and a red line on the left side of the screen, i dried the phone with a towel and then we put it on a bowl of rice, my aunty took it out the next morning and then put it in the oven on very low heat for a couple minutes and then we put it back in the rice, we left it there for over 48 hours then took it out to see if it would turn on and it didn't so we put it back in the rice for another day and it turned on and was working fine though there was was a water mark on the top left side so we put it back for another day and then after that it would go to the apple logo then turn off and keep repeating that what should i do now?
Take it to apple for repair. Oven was bad idea. Best of luck.
Repair shop or Applestore. You've done all you can do. Repair store first as water damage isn't under Applecare warranty unless you have another insurance. Best luck.
It's so odd that so many people do this - it destroys phones. Personally, I have no reason to hold my phone over the toilet bowl for ANY reason.
There's nothing else you can do (and don't do the oven thing again - it's not helping anything). If you really want it back, you're going to have to pay for a repair.
