I dropped my iphone and it broke should i blame the case or iphone?

I got a brand new iphone 4s just a week ago and i dropped it from above my waist by accident on tile and it won't turn on anymore. It doesn't make sense because the life proof case said it was shock proof from 6.6 feet high and it fell 4 feet and it broke. Should i return the case as well as my iphone? What case would you recommend

I would blame you.
You can't return it anymore, since it's broken.
Send it in for repairs.

I would blame the case. I dropped my android the other day and it broke. I had a cheap case on there though that I only paid a few dollars for off Amazon. I think if I would have had an otter box, phone might have been saved.

Call the provider and tell them that it broke when you dropped it. I've had friends that replaced their phones after dropping it.

Dude don't blame an item for something it didn't it do. It's lifeless and of course it's gonna break its tile. Blame yourself and don't blame it on the phone or the case. Return the phone and get on with it. Lets hope you have an insurance policy!

Whatever the case be I suggest handle your phone carefully smartphones are not tough like old phone such nokia 3310 or more.
