I dropped my iphone, and the screen went bright. What do I do? Please?
I dropped my iphone, and the screen went bright. I can still see everything and It still works but it got really bright and when I change the brightness it just goes back to its bright self. Sometimes it gets dark and grey, I can still see everything but its hard to see. I have no idea what to do. If you can help me that would be great.
Hold the menu and lock button for 9 seconds. That s all you can do unless it was dropped in water. If It was, put it in sealed rice. After it's off for a while, try plugging it in. If the screens still white, IIm afraid you damaged it and may have to get it looked at.
Sounds like you have damaged your phone. There's nothing you can do yourself to fix it. You have to take it to an Apple store or to a local phone repair shop. It'll probably cost you $100+.
The screen is damaged. We had a phone at work that did the same thing. Screen replacement cost us $105. Put a good case around the phone to prevent this. The Otterbox Defender is really good.

- Overly bright LCD screen on iPhone 5? Why is my LCD screen so bright?
