I dropped my iphone in the ocean?

I went to the beach the other day and my iphone was in my bad and the tide came up and got everything wet including my phone. The LED light was on for about an hour and it finally shut off.i'm not sure if the battery died or what. But the phone is completely dry. The white things on the inside show no water damage at all. When I plugged it in to see if it only needed to charge. It got warm but nothing happened. It's been 3 days and my phone still is not working… So please help!

Put your phone in rice… The rice helps get the moisture/water out

Ocean water contains lots of salt and other minerals that will get on electric parts and cause them to malfunction or just fail. Even when dry it is likely that some system has been damaged by short circuits.

Bummer. Who brings their phone to the beach where they know there will be tons of water?

Go To A Repair Center To Check If Everything Is Okay
I Had The Same Problem With A iPod Of 32GB And He Work Very Well A Few Days And Then Stopped Working Then I Bring It To A Repair Center And He Told Me That If I Had brought 1 Day Before I Had Recovered

I was told that rice would not work with sea water, the parts need to be soaked in a solution to stop corrosion and your battery and screen are screwed. Now my phone is in the hands of a technician. Will update when I see the results.
