I fell in a lake a couple months ago with my iphone?
And I had to put it in rice for it to come back on, the screen was still dim an flickered occasionally, and today (two months later) my sounds started working again, is there anyway to make my brightness back to normal? I put it in the sun for about 2 hours today and that didn't work what should I do?
If it's been 2 months since this happened I wouldn't be too hopeful of the phone getting better. I went in the pool with mine and left it in rice for several days and it was rated as water resistant, it still took several days before it started to work.

I use my iPhone calendar a lot and sometimes I rely on it by scrolling to previous months to see when I went for certain appts but it automatically deletes last events without asking? I know I can make special events like bdays repeat weekly or yearly but some events don't require that function, I just want to know when I went to my appts for example, what day and time it was my dentist appt.
