I found a iphone 5s and It was locked but I managed to pass icloud. So my question is if I'm going to be able to connect it even if it was reported stolen?
I wouldn't you can get in serious legal problems if it is reported stolen cause they might think you still it and if they do they can terminate your contract

Don't use it if it was reported stolen. Every call someone else may have made on it, they can say you did the whole thing. Not only do you get a felony for using stolen merchandise, but you can also get fraud charges which hold a felony if its over a specific dollar amount.
