I got a iphone 4s IOS 7 and can't get passed the activation?
I work at a recycleing plant and came across a apple iphone 4s and it look like in great condition so i bought it from them and bought a charger for it and turned it on it was wet so i put it in rice and let it do its thing so i got passed the lock screen because it had one and now i'm stuck on the activation mode where i need the apple id for it but i don't know what it was can someone help me with this?
You need to make a new one or use your own. It's just like setting up the phone for the first time. If it's not working do a full factory reset by plugging the phone into a computer with iTunes and clicking factory reset. Use your computer to make an Apple ID if needed. Try google searching how to activate an iphone if your totally lost and follow a tutorial.

Nothing you could do unfortunately. That's there to prevent unauthorized access.
If you mean just enter your ID then sign up for an apple ID and set it up as yours, if you mean its locked to the previous owner then you are hosed as thats a security feature (great feature!) which means only the original owner can access it. Just so you know, that also means the original owner can see where its located on the map anytime you have it on and it will notify him.
- My IPhone 7 is locked to sprint and i can't get passed the activation screen without a sim card? I'm currently with cricket and my sim card reads as "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" is there any way to bypass this screen?
