I got a phone from Asurion.com for s replacement for my iPhone that broke?
And they sent me a refurbished phone w water damage and it hardly worked why would I be sent that? I was so angry I just don't get the reasoning to some things
First off, I have never heard of asurion. What the heck is that.
- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
- If my iPhone broke but I can't afford a replacement without charging it to a card? I heavily use it for work and personal, like extremely. I have to go down to plain vanilla phone from now on?
- If i were to turn in my iPhone 5S to Asurion because of a problem will i get another 5S or a 6? My phone is very glitchy, and does things on its on (open apps, click links etc.) I'm just wondering if i will receive another 5S
- I got a new IPhone 4, since my other IPhone broke Now my little brother uses my old one as an iPod, all the apps I download on my new phone, do they go to my old iPhone automatically?
