I got charged for an upgrade few for my iPhone why?
So I recently upgraded to an iPhone and paid 250 cash upfront for it and the man said the only thing that would change would be that my plan will be 30 bucks extra. Today I got my bill and saw it was 77 extra and it said one time upgrade fee? I'm confused.
He means that you will only pay those 30 extra dollars one time forever (which you already did). If he isn't lying, you should keep paying normally for your plan.
Contact your carrier and then claim that they gave false information on your billing and you will complain the the BBB.

- This is about my Iphone 6 plus I got a few weeks ago? I just got my new iPhone 6 plus a few weeks ago, and it, s been working well since then. But I realized just now as I play my music, my loudspeaker sounded not good. It sound perfectly fine with the earphones. And I have never dropped it or got it wet. I just don't know what to do. I Really NEED Help.
- Not been charged early upgrade fee? I'm with Orange and did an early upgrade to get the Iphone 5. I was supposed to have £125 added to my next bill for upgrading early, but I've paid 2 bills now and the third has come through with no additional charge on it. Does this mean they are probably not going to charge me for upgrading?
- My iphone got stolen and i need to know a few things First off, I was told that you could call apple and they could completely turn off your phone so nobody could use it(as it in its features like camera, notes, etc.) Is this true and how do i do it? I already disconnected the service from my phone company. Second, is there anyway to bypass a lock code without restoring? This is why I want to turn off my iphone so they can't restore it.
- IPhone 6s Plus got stolen a few nights ago? Using my Find My iPhone app, it says its been offline since 9:01 am today. It is now 5:36 pm. If the person takes out the sim card and replaces it with a new one, will that make the iPhone useable? I put it on Lock mode too.
