I got sent 2 iPhones would you sell one or give it back?
o2 sent me 2 brand new iPhone 5's. I'm keeping one, to be honest I would much rather sell the other for £600 than give it back. How likely do you think they are to claim it back and what would you do? Also if I did sell it and they claim it back if worse comes to worse I could always buy another one and send it back not making any loss?
It was a free upgrade as part of an o2 lease tariff where you give back your old iPhone. I have checked invoices and they state only one iPhone was sent out.

Had them since September 18th

All opinions welcome and much appreciated

In my opinion, and I'm sure a lot of other people would do this too, but i'd sell one for whatever. It was their mistake. Why not? I doubt they will go looking for the second iphone they gave you!

Awesome name! XD Now i would give it back in those situations, merely on the basis it sounds like a major company, and i've worked in quite a few as a packaging guy, and when we sent stuff to people twice, we always got it returned, and you wouldnt wanna have to pay them back the £600! However, thats the worst case scenario, best case scenario, you sell it, say you never had it, and your much richer now!

If they have sent two and on their system it states hat they have only dispatched one, it was most likely an error by the courier/mailman. If I was you, I'd sell the second and grab the 600 quid as soon as possible but of course it's down to you as to what you feel is morally right. I'm fairly certain that you can't be held liable for the error and that it couldn't be traced back to you. Moreover, it has been more than 3 weeks and if they were looking for the phone, they would've found it already.

best of luck, buddy

Wait a few months. If they do not contact you, Go ahead and sell it. It is there fault that they shipped two!
