I had an iphone 4s stolen can it be hacked?
It was updated with the iOS 6 software and had a hard 4 letter passcode to hack. All the websites say you can't hack the iphone 4s. My mom called the phone twice and the person responded over text "I can't talk right now… Call you later." Again the password wasn't something simple like 1234 or anything anyone would know about me like my birthday or year I was born. My family was the only one who knew my password as well. How did they get into my phone?
Why worry, it happened. You need to report the phone stolen so it can be blocked.
- What do I do when I have had my iPhone stolen I had my iPhone 4S stolen, and I know this because straight after it went "missing", I tried to ring it from another phone and it said the person is "not available", which only means someone would have turned it off as it had heaps of battery still. I've tried locating it through iCloud but it is "offline". What should I do next? File out a police report? Does insurance cover stolen iPhones?
- My Iphone was hacked, and I no longer had access to safari. I then proceeded to reset my Iphone with an old update from a few months Keep in mind I have two icloud accounts. After doing so I then reset my phone with the second icloud account( as that was the only option). Having done so, does that mean everything that was on my phone has been deleted before I reset it, or do the hacker/s still have access to important information of mine?
- I have a stolen iPhone 5c but I didn't know it was stolen? I bought an iPhone and checked the imei and I found out it was stolen. I can't use it yet because it is stuck in the beginning where it says " please insert a sim card, SIM required" I just want to use it as an iPod since I got it for a good cheap price. It is a sprint phone, and also if I take it to Apple or Sprint will they take the phone away? I didn't know it was stolen and I don't want to get blamed or end up losing money. The iPhone was restored already.
- I had my iPhone 4s stolen and can't find the serial number? I bought it used so the serial number with the packaging won't help, I obviously can't look on the device itself, and the icloud only gives a few digits. I d have backups on my computer but not sure where to find it.
