I had downloaded Itune gift card generator but it doesn't work?

I download it and the folder is called "key hack setup". The program inside that folder is called "MyProg". When I open "MyProg", it said hello then it said goodbye.

Also, does itune gift card generator causes or creates virus for those that downloaded it?

I'm not exactly one to talk, but just buy it. I have tried downloading the gift card generators and they're just full of viruses and don't actually work. All of the people on YouTube saying that it works, are just trying to get money. They'll tell you to click a link that leads to a page that then says complete one of the offers to unlock this page. Every time their link is clicked on, they earn money. So, long story short, either use websites from your apple device like TapBooty and FeaturePoints to earn gift cards. If you have, for example, an iPhone and an iPad, you can use FeaturePoints on both devices. You can earn quite a few points on select apps. You can then exchange them for apps, gift cards, and more great prizes.

None of these 3rd party programs claiming to give you free codes / generators work. Most of the time they are either a virus or a troll, hope this helped.
