I have 1.7 GB left on my iPhone 3GS and I still can't download anything?
It's a 8GB iPhone 3GS and I want to download asphalt 7( It's jailbroken) I'm done with download but when installing it says delete photos or videos cause running out of room space but clearly Asphalt 7 is 1.1GB while I still have 1.7GB leftover

Even though your iPhone says it has it has 8GB of space it has something more like 6.1 because of the OS. If you want to see how much space your iPhone actually has left go to Settings->General->About->Available and it should tell you how much you have left.
