I have a great app idea and want to sell it?

I have a great app idea for android or iphone. I don't know how to make the app and i don't have money to make it. If i did it would be one of the best. I have already a nice layout in detail everything it should do. I just need to find someone to help make it come to life. I need help finding someone who will do this and share the wealth instead of me paying to have someone make it. Where can i find these people to sell my idea and make a profit? Tired of looking online to know that most of the sites i'm looking at i'm not sure is legit. I want to make sure.

Sicne you don't have money that might be a problem. To get a good education in programming for iOS or Andriod you must pay money. THen Apple charges 99 US Dollars per year and Andriod charges 20. And if you don't want to learn it and pay that developers at cheapest might be around 15 Dollars per hour. And great app doesn't take 10 minutes to code. Many softwares take years.
