Upgrade. Whatever the cost to fix the screen is not worth it.

You should upgrade. If you fix the battery and the screen it would probably cost $200. For double that price you could get a iphone 6. Wich is also faster and a much better device. Fixing is not worth it.

If by "soon" you mean this time next year, then yes, soon.

I personally would upgrade at this point. Most say you should update at least every 2 years & for you that point would have been the iPhone 6s & now there's the 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X & SE as options.

I guess since you've stuck with the 5s this long you should be fine with its form factor & display size so you could save money & get the SE which is basically a 6s in a 5s' body.

I think the updates make things worse for the phones. Id replace the screen and while their replacing it have them check the battery

Buy a SAMSUNG better price, camera, battery life, processor, RAM, ROM, Graphics everything. Apple users… *tut tut*

There's no benefit in replacing the screen unless you want to keep it for music or taking pictures.
