I have a iphone 5s and touch screen is unresponsive and i tried restarting it and i don't know what else to do it won't let me use the screen?

You'll have to take the phone to a local phone repair shop or Apple store and have the screen fixed or replaced. Expect to pay about $75-$125.

Touch screen unresponsive on iPhone 5? My iPhone 5's touchscreen is not responding at all. I tried to reboot it already and took off screen protectors.might it have water in it because a few drops of water seeped through the waterproof case when i dropped it into the deep end of the pool. Do i need to take it to apple or is it something stupidly simple?
My IPhone works completely fine sometimes but a lot of times I can't use it and it's completely unresponsive to my touch? I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?
My iphone screen is black and ONLY the touch is unresponsive My iPhone 8 hit the ground and there was no physical damage. The home button is still responsive and so is the silent switch. I'm still able to receive calls, i just have no way of actually answering or in turn making them; i also still hear text notifications/feel vibrations. HOWEVER, i can't see the screen AT ALL. It is completely black and unresponsive. What can i do, besides taking it to apple?
Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
