I have a iPhone 5s on 02 giffgaff and my contract is with three how do I unlock my iPhone?
They said I needed to connect it to a laptop through iTunes and do it that way with a 02 SIM card in the mobile while I do this but I don't understand it fully any suggestions?

For the record its O2 not 02.
Anyhow, not sure on the specifics but you'd likely need to contact O2 concerning that. Its not just a matter of running it through iTunes, though it is involved in the process. That or there may be 3rd party services that can do it, though I'm not sure of any in the UK.
