I have a iPhone with 100mb data?
Hi, I'm switching my sim from a blackberry to a iPhone, I have unlimited texts, 200min calls and a 100mb of data on Internet, is that enough and how can I not go over 100mb?
Only you can answer that. But, if you turn off network, it will stop you eating into your data and just turn it on when you need to. Remember you can use Wi-Fi at home if your phone supports Wi-Fi. It will connect to your home internet, so you don't eat into your data. If you update or download any apps - use your Wi-Fi connection at home.
You will most likely go over if you search the web daily, i suggest getting new sim but if not try to use Wi-Fi as much as possible and turn off 3G, location services, and all other data wasteing options.
- Will 100mb of data be enough for a iphone 4s? The apps I would be using with data are just twitter and instagram. No emails, no streaming videos or anything and Wi-Fi would be used at home so would that be enough data for a month? I don't tweet a lot, just refresh twitter very often.
- When you have Wi-Fi and cellular data on at the same time, does it use cellular data? If I keep my cellular data on and also have my iPhone connected to Wi-Fi, will it use any of my cellular data?
- Is a 100MB or a 200MB data plan for an iPhone 4s better? I have Wi-Fi at home and I'm home about 70% of the time. I know I won't be using a lot of data, just some for Instagram, Tumblr, and Twitter when I'm not home. But I don't know how long 100MB will last me and how much/often I'd be able to use it when I'm not connected to Wi-Fi. So is 100MB good enough or should I go with 200MB?
- Is 100mb iPhone 4s data plan enough? I'm looking into getting an iphone 4s and am wondering if 100mb of data is enough for me. I regularly check twitter and surf the internet. I would only go on youtube at home where this is wi-fi.
