I have a jailbroken iphone and want iOS7?
I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 and i want to update to iOS7. I was wondering what would happen if i just updated it from my settings. I know that my phone wouldnt be jailbroken anymore but would it delete anything from my phone?

No your iphone will not have jailbroken again it will just come an ios7
If you update your jailbroken iPhone 4 to iOS 7 from the settings it will not delete any of your apps or other data (it will add most but not all of the features of iOS 7 as the iPhone 4 can't support all the features) but it will get rid of your jailbrake.
*If you're planning on jailbreaking again I would advise for you to wait a while because it will take some time for iOS 7 (currently iOS 7.0.1) to be jailbroken
