I have an iPhone 4 and my messages won't let me access?
Help! I have an iPhone 4 which have iOS 6.1.3 but my messages won't let me open and check… It just crashes!

- Why won't my apps let me access my photos? All of my apps are saying that they need access to my photos. This hasn't ever happened before. All of these apps have already had access to my photos since I've had my phone. It says to go in my privacy settings and turn on access to my photos, but whenever I go to privacy and click photos, nothing shows up. What do I do? I would post a picture of what it's saying, but it obviously won't let me. (I have an iPhone 5)
- My iPhone froze up and now it won't let me see my text messages? Me and my girlfriend were sending each other kissy faces and then she sent a lot in one message and then my iPhone froze up and now I can't view my text messages. Every time I try to open the text icon, it shows a blank screen for about 45 seconds and then goes back to the home screen.
- IPhone won't let me access photos I try to go to my camera roll on every app possible & it won't let me! It says "Not able to access photos please go to settings and turn (the app) on" but it is on! I reset my phone and its still like that but my phone got worse! Now I can't change my wallpaper!
- Iphone 4 won't let me access my Settings to reset my phone When i go on either Phone or Settings, a bar pops open saying 'Enter the password for the hotmail account'. I don't know the password and it won't let me click on the Phone/Settings or the bar. I have to double click the Home button and go onto another app to get off it! How would i reset my phone if it won't let me go on the Settings? And when i manage to figue out how, when reseting my iphone 4, will it erase the data in my apps, for instant, my instagram account?
